At Fawbush’s, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by our team. We want your shopping experience to feel personal from the moment you place your order until your new pieces arrive at your door.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $99 or more delivered within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout, before your order is processed.
Order Processing
All U.S. orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, special promotions, and other busy shopping periods, additional processing time may be needed. We appreciate your patience while our team carefully prepares your order.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will do our best to help, but shipping information cannot always be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Canadian Orders
Fawbush’s is pleased to ship to customers in Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Please allow additional time for international transit and customs processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Canadian customers may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in the Fawbush’s shipping charge unless otherwise noted at checkout.
International Orders
Fawbush’s ships to select international destinations. Available shipping locations and rates will be shown at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges required by the destination country. Fawbush’s is unable to estimate or control these charges.
Multiple Orders
When two or more orders are placed within 24 hours, we will combine the orders into one so there is only one shipping charge.
Sales Tax
Minnesota customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Minnesota state law.
Price Adjustments
Fawbush's will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available.
